Depending on the level of access, the user can perform certain actions.
View: the user has the right to view the CO ;
Full: the user has the right to view and edit CO (complete and enter a CO) ;
Admin: the user has all rights: same rights as “Full” and manage users.
The same process can be performed by a Chamber Admin User.
