I forgot my password, followed the instructions to reset it but I don’t receive an email.

If OK, go to step 2
If NOK, check the websites authorized by the Fire Wall.
- Reset password on the home page
If OK, go to step 3
If NOK, check the anti-spam or consult the IT manager
- Open the hyperlink in the email
If OK resets the password
If NOK, copy the link to the browser
- Reset the password on the website and try to log in you again.
